We keep this deliberately small. When you buy an ebook, we collect:
We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payment information is entered directly with our payment provider, Razorpay, and is handled entirely by them.
We do not use your data for automated profiling, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
We only send marketing emails if you have explicitly opted in. Purchase-confirmation and ebook-delivery emails are not marketing — they're part of delivering your order. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Each of these handles your data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if a law or a valid legal order requires it.
Order records are kept for as long as needed to give you continued access to your purchase and to satisfy tax and accounting rules — typically 7 years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email riyaebookstore7@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Note that if you ask us to delete your order record, we may no longer be able to resend your ebook, and we may need to retain the minimum required for tax purposes.
We use only what the store needs to work — keeping you signed in and remembering your cart or order session. We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how our ads perform; it sets advertising cookies in your browser. You can decline them through your browser's cookie settings or your Meta ad preferences.
This store isn't intended for children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the store.

Every product on this store is a digital ebook delivered as a PDF file. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page states the page count and what the book covers; that page, together with the free preview, is the description you're buying against.
You provide your name and email at checkout and pay through our payment provider. Your order is only confirmed once the provider has verified the payment — a payment that fails, is cancelled, or times out does not create an order and does not grant access. Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR ₹) and include all applicable taxes.

All text, covers and design on this store and inside the ebooks remain the property of their author — Riya or the credited author of the individual title — and are protected by copyright. Buying an ebook buys you a licence to read it, not ownership of the work.
Please give an accurate email address — it's how your ebook reaches you, and we can't deliver to an address that doesn't exist. Please keep your ebook file to yourself; you're responsible for how your copy is used.
These books are for education and general interest. Nothing in them is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you're dealing with a health or mental-health concern, please speak to a professional. We make no promise of any particular result from reading a book.
We may add, update, reprice, or withdraw titles at any time; changes don't affect orders already placed. We aim to keep the store available but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. If a listing contains an obvious error — a wrong price or description — we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot legally be excluded.
We may suspend access if we find a licence being broken — for example a purchased file being distributed publicly — or where payment is reversed or fraudulent.

The short version: because an ebook is delivered instantly and can't be returned, sales are final once the file has been delivered to your email — but if something is genuinely wrong, we'll fix it or refund you.
Once a PDF has been delivered, it's yours and can't be given back. That's why we publish a free preview of every book — please read it before buying, so you know what you're getting.

In most of these cases our first step is simply to fix the problem — resend the file, restore your access, or send the right book. A refund follows if the fix doesn't work.
Email riyaebookstore7@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase, with your Order ID, the email you bought with, and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps). We'll reply within 3 business days.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider, usually within 5–10 business days — the exact timing depends on your bank. When a refund is issued, your access to that ebook ends and you must delete your copies.
This policy sits alongside your rights under consumer law, which it does not remove. Nothing here affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Exactly what you receive, how it reaches you, and what you need to read it.
A complete ebook as a PDF file. Each product page lists that title's page count. There is no physical book, no audiobook, and no printed edition.
Nothing is delivered before payment is verified, and the ebook files are never publicly linked.
Your ebook is sent to the email address you entered at checkout as a PDF attachment, so there is no download link to expire. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam or promotions folder first, then write to us with your Order ID and we'll resend the file. Please don't forward the file to others — it is licensed for your personal use.
Any device with a PDF reader: phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. Most phones and browsers open PDFs with no extra software. Kindle devices can generally display PDFs, or you can use Amazon's "Send to Kindle" to transfer the file — but the layout is designed for a PDF reader, not for reflowable Kindle text.
Please save the PDF somewhere safe once it arrives. If you lose it, write to us with your Order ID and we'll resend it, but we can't promise a specific store or hosting provider will exist forever — your own saved copy is the reliable one.
If we release a corrected or revised edition of a title you've bought, if you write to us with your Order ID, we will email you the corrected edition free of charge.
These books are written and published independently — every honest purchase is what makes the next book possible. Uploading a purchased file, or passing the file around, is copyright infringement and may end your access. If your email doesn't arrive or a file won't open, email riyaebookstore7@gmail.com with your Order ID and what you're seeing. We'd much rather fix it than have you stuck with a book you paid for.
