Questions about the series
Which meditation book should I read first?
Start with Book One, “What It Really Means”, if you want to understand the vocabulary, history and traditions before trying a technique. If you already know what you want to try, Book Two is the practical one.
Do I need to read the books in order?
Each ebook is sold separately, but the series is organised as a progression: foundations (Book One), practice (Book Two), then the primary texts (Book Three). Reading in that order is the intended path.
Which book teaches actual techniques?
Book Two, “How to Actually Practice”. It covers twenty-five practices and a 7-day beginner challenge. Book One deliberately does not teach step-by-step meditation, and Book Three focuses on the source texts.
Are these books medical or psychological advice?
No. The books are for education and general interest, and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. See the Terms & Conditions for details.
